Jason started his real estate career in early 2003 as a real estate sales broker and since then has grown his real estate team to the top ranks in the Triangle. During that time, he also started investing in his own portfolio and has had tremendous success with building a rental portfolio, along with 'fix and flip' properties along the way. He also created Investor's Wealth Education, LLC as a way to share his years of experience and knowledge with others who have an interest in building wealth through real estate in the Triangle.
In addition to real estate, Jason also had a passion for teaching, so in 2014, he combined his extensive real estate and investing knowledge to pursue another chapter in his career. Jason now teaches and coaches real estate brokers, beginner and novice investors, as well as works alongside large individual investors to help scale their portfolios and has assisted corporate funds to buy bulk properties. In addition to teaching at HPW's Real Estate School, he also teaches at local universities - North Carolina State University Continuing Education and Wake Tech Community College.
Jason's goal is to help people build wealth and gain financial freedom through real estate and he feels that education is the key to unlock that door for his students!
